"Health Care Bill" (Barnum and Bailey mentality)

My yearning is for the populace to get it right!! Yet, they are like the old man that jumped on the mule and rode off in all directions. How can so many intelligent (???) people have such a Barnum and Bailey mentality? (There is one born...) It appears that we believe a lie before we believe a TRUTH. Is not that the way it is? (I am not a crook, but is). The Health Care Bill would cut over $500 Billion dollars of uneconomical expenses from Medicare , NOT cut $500 Billion dollars FROM Medicare. The President is saying in this case, you will not be defrauded by over billing and unnecessary added referrals and tests. So, the tests givers are making more money, giving more tests, prescriptions will go up more, the pill companies will make more, and the Drs. will keep you coming back for more. Medicare now is being eaten up by fraud Like Halliburton/Cheney selling America a 12.00 hammer for 275.00. You will continue to have your Medicare, AND the Public Health plan would cover any out of pocket expenses you now have! Guess who will not be making illegal money then? You are right, Bush remaining friends on Capital Hill. These are the facts! They are now trying to figure out how to pay for it, and it starts with this wasteful and fraudulent spending.

I am interested in learning more about the deal the President is making with the pharmaceutical companies. This is all tied in with cutting costs. Doctors' hospitals and the pharmaceutical companies, not to mention the billions of dollars in profits the Health Insurance companies are making each year, we've got to reform. We cannot allow things to remain the same. If we wanted things the same, we would have elected another Republican in office, and you know how they feel about change!!

I am with this President 100%. However, I can tell you now, there is no way (and a sensible man wouldn't) I would follow a Rush Lembaugh. An old drug addict that is senile. How would you think God would feel? Let's give the President a chance to do what we elected him to do. Seems some of you would get angry and make it news if he went to sleep at night

We do need to be praying for our president. If everyone prayed every time they complained - can you imnagine the change??!!

That would be the key. When you pray it is difficult for evil to come in. It is when you stop or do not pray is when evil exploads. Thanks Teresa
